The first internal training for our trainer team came to a successful conclusion on May 26. 40 personnel from Plastics Division, Metal Division, R&D center and marketing center attended the training.
As the launching course of the company’s internal trainer project, it gradually improves the teaching level and teaching skills of the company’s internal trainers from the aspects of curriculum design, curriculum vividness, curriculum deductive skills and so on, and lays a foundation for the company’s middle and lower cultural communication.
The coporate trainer team will start the training program in each department by teaching new skills and knowledge to employees to improve the professionalism of each post, which could ultimately increase a company’s productivity and help the customer service.
